- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk400 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Soluble coffee3 tablespoon
- Grate two carrots and place in a blender, along with the eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Beat until it turns into a homogeneous mixture. Reserve
- In a bowl sift the wheat flour and baking powder. Then add the reserved liquid and mix, involving the liquid in the flour until the dough is homogeneous.
- Unite a shape as you prefer and add the dough, take it to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes
- While the cake bakes, we will make the coffee brigadeiro. Add condensed milk, cream and instant coffee to a pan. Mix in low fire until the point (when you start to release from the bottom of the pan). Reserve
