- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 1/2 cup oil100 ml
- 1/2 cup of milk100 ml
- 1 raw carrot260 g
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles80 g
- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 1 cup cocoa powder90 g
- 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine50 g
- 1 cup of water200 ml
- In a pan, place the cocoa powder, butter or margarine, sugar, water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it boils. Reserve.
- In the blender, place the chopped carrot, eggs, sugar, milk, oil and beat well.
- In a bowl place the wheat flour, add the beaten liquid and stir until smooth.
- Add the baking powder, granulated chocolate and mix gently.
- Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, place the dough, add the chocolate syrup on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Unmold the cake while still warm and serve.
