Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Margarine for the syrup1 tablespoon
Chocolate for the syrup4 tablespoon
Sugar for syrup5 tablespoon
Milk for syrup2 tablespoon

Beat the carrots with the sugar, the oil and the eggs in the blender, if necessary add a little water
Place the liquid in a bowl and add the wheat flour and baking powder, and bake in a greased and floured pan in a medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden.
For the syrup: add all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar melts well, always stirring, then just throw it over the cake.
