- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Chocolate6 tablespoon
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Water100 ml
- Wash and peel the carrots then grate and set aside
- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees leaving it preheated and grease a shape with a little oil and flour, set aside.
- In a bowl place all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar and yeast and mix.
- In a blender or mixer put the oil, water, and the eggs and grated carrots add the dry ingredients already mixed
- Beat for 5 minutes and transfer the dough to the already greased shape.
- Place in the oven to bake for the next 35 minutes.
- For the chocolate syrup: In a pan, place the chocolate and condensed milk and mix until it becomes consistent.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream until it is creamy.
- After taking the cake out of the oven, unmold and pour the syrup on top and it's ready to serve.
