  • Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  1. Before starting, wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into cubes;
  2. In the blender, place the oil and the carrots;
  3. Beat for 1 minute;
  4. Then add the eggs and beat for another 1 minute;
  5. In a bowl or basin, pour the sifted wheat flour, sifted sugar and salt;
  6. Mix and pour the carrot that was beaten in the blender
  7. Stir with the help of a fouet (wire whisk) or with a spoon, until it is very homogeneous;
  8. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently;
  9. Pour this mass in a greased and infarinhada form;
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes or until golden.
  11. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
