- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Before starting, wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into cubes;
- In the blender, place the oil and the carrots;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Then add the eggs and beat for another 1 minute;
- In a bowl or basin, pour the sifted wheat flour, sifted sugar and salt;
- Mix and pour the carrot that was beaten in the blender
- Stir with the help of a fouet (wire whisk) or with a spoon, until it is very homogeneous;
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently;
- Pour this mass in a greased and infarinhada form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes or until golden.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
