- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles to taste
- In a blender, beat the oil, carrots, eggs and sugar.
- After everything is well beaten, transfer to a bowl and mix with the flour and cornstarch.
- Finally, add the baking powder, put it in a greased shape, and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the frosting, taking only fire, the condensed milk, milk cream, chocolate powder. The point will be pan brigadier.
- After the cake is baked, throw the brigadeiro on top, and finish with the chocolate sprinkles.
