- Milk (half a cup)1/5 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk for topping1 can(s)
- Sour cream for topping1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrot, milk, sugar, oil and eggs.
- Place this mixture in a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast to the cake and stir.
- Grease a form, add the dough and put it in the oven.
- Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes
- Take a pan to the fire with a spoon of butter, the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the chocolate.
- Stir well over low heat until it thickens.
- Place the icing on the cake
- And ready, just serve
