  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil120 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk (equivalent to a box)1 can(s)
  • Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  • Sour cream (equivalent to a box)1 can(s)
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and sugar.
  2. Add the chopped carrots little by little and mix well.
  3. Pour into a large bowl, add the flour and mix with a spoon.
  4. Add the yeast and mix
  5. Place in a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180/200° for 45 minutes.
  6. For the topping, heat the margarine, condensed milk, cream and chocolate.
  7. Mix well until you get a firm consistency and turn off the heat.
  8. Place the still warm fillet on the cake.
