  • Carrot2 cup
  • Wheat Flour400 g
  • Sugar200 g
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Milk600 ml
  • Chocolate5 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the Carrots together with the Oil, once the mixture is homogeneous, add the sugar and the 3 egg yolks and beat for another 2 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Whip the egg whites to snow point. Reserve
  3. Pour the contents of the blender into the bowl, and gradually add the wheat flour. Stir until completely homogeneous.
  4. Add the egg whites and the baking powder to this recipe. Stir gently so as not to lose the cuteness.
  5. Let the oven preheat to 200 degrees.
  6. Grease the form with butter and wheat flour, then pour the dough into the form.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees, or until your cake is lightly golden on top.
  8. To see if it's done, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it's done.
  9. Add the milk, chocolate and butter in a pan. Mix well.
  10. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  11. When the cake is warm to cold, carefully pour the syrup over the cake.
  12. Now your cake is ready!! Enjoy your food!!
