- Wheat flour3 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Shredded coconut for garnish to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, and carrot until creamy.
- In a bowl, place the flour and sugar.
- Add the blender mixture to this mass and mix everything. Finally add the yeast.
- Grease and flour a shape, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, for approximately 1 hours (depending on your oven).
- In a pan, add the condensed milk, the margarine and the chocolate, take it to the low fire, stirring constantly, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream.
- When the cake is already baked, pour the syrup over the cake and decorate with grated coconut.
