Carrot cake with chocolate icing

In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, and carrot until creamy.
In a bowl, place the flour and sugar.
Add the blender mixture to this mass and mix everything. Finally add the yeast.
Grease and flour a shape, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, for approximately 1 hours (depending on your oven).
In a pan, add the condensed milk, the margarine and the chocolate, take it to the low fire, stirring constantly, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
Turn off the heat and add the cream.
When the cake is already baked, pour the syrup over the cake and decorate with grated coconut.
