- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Boiled Carrots300 g
- Wheat2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat egg sugar, oil and carrot.
- Add the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat gradually until it runs out. Finally the yeast and bake in a greased shape in a 180° oven for 45 minutes.
- Syrup . Mix the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered chocolate and bring to a boil until it thickens.
- Unmold the cake and pour the still hot syrup on top. And ready !
