Carrot cake with chocolate icing

Bata no liquidificador a cenoura picada, óleo e os ovos durante 5 minutos.

Blend the chopped carrots, oil and eggs in a blender for 5 minutes.

Em uma bacia penere o açúcar, o sal, e a farinha.

In a bowl, sift the sugar, salt, and flour.

Acrescente a mistura do liquidificador aos ingredientes peneirados e misture bem até ficar uma massa homogênea por fim acrescente o fermento.

Add the blender mixture to the sifted ingredients and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass, finally add the yeast.

Coloque a massa em uma forma untada com manteiga e farinha, no forno pré-aquecido a 180° graus, não abra o forno antes de 30 minutos. Após isso espete um palito ou garganta até sair limpo.

Put the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour, in the oven preheated to 180° degrees, do not open the oven before 30 minutes. After that, stick a toothpick or throat until it comes out clean.

Enquanto o bolo assa, faça o brigadeiro misturo todos ingredientes do recheio : leite condensado, creme de leite, achocolatado e a manteiga em uma panela funda em fogo baixo até ficar consistente mais não no ponto de enrolar uns dois pontos antes.

While the cake bakes, make the brigadeiro, mix all the ingredients of the filling: condensed milk, cream, chocolate and butter in a deep pan over low heat until it is consistent but not to the point of rolling a couple of points beforehand.

Espere esfriar desenforme o bolo e coloque a cobertura.

Wait for it to cool, unmold the cake and put the frosting.
