  • Condensed milk1/2 cup
  • Sour cream1/2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat the carrots, eggs, oil, and sugar, until a homogeneous mass.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour and baking powder and stir until well blended. Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour, take it to the oven for about 35 minutes.
  3. For the frosting Put the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and the chocolate powder in a pan, stir well until it boils, let it cool a little and place it on top of the cake.
