Ingredients

  • Carrots | 3 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Wheat Flour | 2.1/2 cup
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed Milk | 1 can(s)
  • Chocolate milk/chocolate powder | 3 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and the oil, then mix.
  2. Add the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl or mixer, add the flour. of wheat and then mix again.
  4. Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  6. For the topping, pour the butter, chocolate in powder, sugar and milk, then mix.
  7. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue mixing until obtain a creamy consistency, then pour the syrup over the cake.
  8. Now it's ready to enjoy. 🧡
