  • Sugar1.1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, place the carrot, eggs, oil, sugar and beat well for 5 minutes.
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour, mix well, add the yeast and mix again.
  3. Place in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Syrup: In a pan put the condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder, mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to detach from the bottom of the pan. wait for it to cool
  5. Once cooled, pour the chocolate over the cake and serve!
