Carrot - medium3 unit(s)
Oil1/2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Wheat flour - sifted3 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Cocoa Powder / Nescau4 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon

Cut the carrots into small pieces.
Place the eggs, oil and gradually the carrots in a blender. Beat for 5 minutes and add the sugar, beat for another 3 minutes.
Put the flour in a container and pour the blender mixture. Stir until smooth.
Finally, add the baking powder and stir gently.
Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour. Pour the dough into the form.
Bake at 180° for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
In a pan put the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter. Stir until it comes off the bottom. It is important not to leave it at the point of rolling brigadier.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, unmold and sprinkle with the frosting. Now just serve.
