  • Sugar2 cup
  • Grated large carrot1 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Whole eggs3 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate powder1 cup
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Blend liquid ingredients in blender
  2. Add the carrot, sugar and wheat flour and mix
  3. Add the chemical yeast and mix lightly
  4. Grease the mold with oil and flour and add the dough
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
  6. While the cake is baking, let's make the chocolate icing.
  7. In a pan, place the margarine, condensed milk and chocolate, stir until it comes off the pan over low heat.
  8. After taking the cake out of the oven, add the frosting.
  9. Hmm, carrot cake with chocolate frosting, what a delight!
