- 2 1/2 wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Can condensed milk1 unit(s)

- Milk200 ml
- Cocoa powder or chocolate powder (chocolate powder)1/2 cup
- In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then blend. Add the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl or mixer, add the flour and then mix again. Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- ROOF Combine all ingredients in a pan and place over low heat, stirring constantly. It will start to bubble and then it will start to thicken, it doesn't stop stirring, the point is perfect when it is slowly dripping from the spoon or when it drips from the spoon and there is a drop mark in the syrup. It gets really shiny if you stir it well and don't let the bottom burn.
- Remember that when it is hot it will be softer, when it cools it will get thicker. So remember to turn off the heat when it's a little softer than you'd like. Once ready, let the syrup cool a little, for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid a film, and then pour it over your cake. The thin, boiling syrup can damage your cake, be careful.
