- Condensed milk (1 can or box)395 g
- Chocolate Powder3 tablespoon
- butter1 tablespoon
- wheat flour1 tablespoon
- chocolate sprinkles3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- medium carrots2 unit(s)
- 1 half cup (tea) of sugar1.5 cup
- wheat flour (tea)3 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- 🔥 FILLING AND COVERAGE: In a pan, place the condensed milk, the Chocolate Powder and the butter and take it to medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes or until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Remove, transfer to a buttered plate and let cool.
- Roll half of the brigadeiro dough and pass through the wheat flour. Reserve.
- 🔥MASS: In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, carrots and sugar.
- Transfer to a container, add the wheat flour and baking powder.
- Mix well and place in a round shape (24 cm in diameter), greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour.
- Distribute the reserved brigadiers passed through the wheat flour over the dough and take it to the medium-high oven (200°C), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
- Unmold while still warm, cover with the remaining brigadeiro and decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
