  1. Beat the carrot, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender for 3 minutes

  3. Pour the dough in a greased shape and take it to the medium oven for 35/40 minutes.
  4. Syrup In a pan put the butter, the cream of milk, condensed milk and the Nescau and take it to the fire always stirring until it thickens.
  5. After the cake is unmolded, pour the syrup on top and serve.
