- Beat the carrot, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender for 3 minutes
- Then move to a container, add the wheat flour and stir until a homogeneous mass, then put the yeast and stir a little more.
- Pour the dough in a greased shape and take it to the medium oven for 35/40 minutes.
- Syrup In a pan put the butter, the cream of milk, condensed milk and the Nescau and take it to the fire always stirring until it thickens.
- After the cake is unmolded, pour the syrup on top and serve.
