Ingredients
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Milk | 1 cup
- Carrot | 4 unit(s)
- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder | 3 tablespoon
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream | 1 can(s)
Recipe
- Add the eggs, 1 tablespoon (soup) of margarine, sugar, oil, milk, carrot and wheat to the blender, beat everything very well for 5 minutes, add the baking powder and mix lightly with a spoon.
- Pour the dough into a greased form with a central hole.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon of margarine, condensed milk and cream, bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Wait for the cake to cool and unmold.
- Cut the cake in half add some of the chocolate cream, close the cake again and add the rest of the cream on top, finish with sprinkles (optional)
