  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Carrot | 4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Chocolate powder | 3 tablespoon
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)


  1. Add the eggs, 1 tablespoon (soup) of margarine, sugar, oil, milk, carrot and wheat to the blender, beat everything very well for 5 minutes, add the baking powder and mix lightly with a spoon.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased form with a central hole.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of margarine, condensed milk and cream, bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. Wait for the cake to cool and unmold.
  6. Cut the cake in half add some of the chocolate cream, close the cake again and add the rest of the cream on top, finish with sprinkles (optional)
