- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Chocolate3 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Cow's milk3/4 cup
- In a blender, beat the carrots, oil and eggs until well blended.
- Add the mixture in a refractory along with the sugar and wheat flour.
- Mix well.
- Add the yeast and stir just enough to mix.
- Put it in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes, or until you do the Palio test and come out dry.
- Syrup: in a pan, add the condensed milk, the chocolate, the butter and the milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick, until it starts to thicken.
- Turn off the foi and set it aside.
- After the cake has cooled, unmold and add the syrup.
- Chef's tip: if you want a firmer syrup, just leave it on the fire a little longer, don't forget to stir often.
