- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk chocolate90 g
- Whisk the eggs, sugar, oil and carrots in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour and mix well.
- After that, add the yeast and stir lightly.
- Place everything in a greased 22 cm diameter hole shape in the middle and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate in a pan and cook over low heat, always mixing until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat, add the cream and mix well.
- Now just put the icing on top of the cake.
