  • Carrot3 unit(s)
  • Flour2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. For the dough: Beat the sugar, carrot, oil and eggs in a blender.
  2. In another container, place this mixture and incorporate the flour until it is homogeneous.
  3. Finally add the yeast and mix.
  4. Pour in a greased shape and place in the oven preheated to 180° and leave for 55 minutes.
  5. For the syrup: in a pan off the stove, mix the butter, cocoa powder and condensed milk and mix until the desired consistency.
  6. When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool and pour the brigadeiro on top, now it's time to serve.
