1 cup (tea) of oil1 cup
2 cups (tea) of sugar2 cup
3 cups of wheat flour4 cup
1 tablespoon of baking powder Margarine and wheat flour for greasing1 tablespoon
"COVERING" 2 cans of condensed milk2 can(s)
2 tablespoons of unsalted margarine2 tablespoon
1 cup of cocoa powder1 cup
1/2 can of heavy cream (150g).150 g

In a blender, beat eggs, carrots, oil and sugar on medium speed. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and yeast and mix with a spoon.
Pour the dough into a small greased and floured pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
For the topping, place the condensed milk, margarine, chocolate powder in a pan and place over medium heat, stirring until it starts to release from the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat and stir in the cream until smooth. Remove the cake from the oven and spread the frosting. Let cool and serve.
