- Sugar2 cup
- Put the chopped carrots, oil and eggs in a blender first.
- Once beaten, add the sugar and beat for another 3 minutes.
- In a bowl put the flour and add the beaten liquid, mix.
- Finally add the yeast and stir until it incorporates.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool, unmold and make a brigadeiro and throw it on top, it looks divine.
