- Medium carrots3 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder11/2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate (optional)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream (for the ganache)1 unit(s)
- Make a pan brigadeiro with condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder, just keep stirring when it comes off the pan, it's ready and set aside
- In a blender, beat the carrots, the eggs, the oil and the sugar for about 3 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and add the sifted flour.
- Stir until smooth
- Add the baking powder and stir slowly.
- Place on a greased and floured baking sheet of your choice.
- Put the brigadeiro in the dough with the help of a coffee spoon put it all over the dough
- Place in preheated oven for 40 min.
- Remove from the oven and cover with semisweet chocolate ganache or if you prefer with a chocolate syrup
