Medium carrots (chopped or grated)

Carrot cake 🥕

No liquidificador bata a cenoura, os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar. 

In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar.

Depois de bem batido adicione uma xícara por vez da farinha de trigo. Por último o fermento. 

After well beaten add a cup of wheat flour at a time. Lastly, the yeast.

Coloque a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno como se costume.

Put the dough in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven as usual.

Para cobertura: 

600ml de leite; 3 colher de (sopa) de chocolate em pó solúvel; 2 colheres de (sopa) de açúcar; 1 colher de (sopa) de margarina sem sal e granulado para decorar.

Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela e leve em fogo baixo mexendo sempre até engrossar. (Demora um pouco, mas dá certo).

 

For coverage:

600ml of milk; 3 tablespoons of soluble chocolate powder; 2 tablespoons of sugar; 1 tablespoon (soup) unsalted margarine and sprinkles for garnish.

Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. (It takes a while, but it works).
