Oil1/2 cup
Wheat flour1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
medium carrots2 cup

Put all the ingredients in the blender, (except the wheat flour and baking powder).
Beat well until you notice that there are no pieces of carrot. (If there are any, turn off the blender and stir with a spoon and beat again.
Sift the wheat flour
Then pour everything you hit from the blender and add along with the flour and mix everything very well.
Now add the baking powder and mix gently into the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180° a little before taking the cake to bake.
