To prepare the dough, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender for about 5 minutes.
Out of the blender, mix the flour and yeast with the liquids with a spatula or spoon.Place the mixture in a mold of your choice, already greased and floured.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.
If you want to check if the cake is ready, just pierce the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the dough is already cooked.
