  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Pinch salt1 to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Blend the carrots, oil, sugar and eggs in a blender.
  2. Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
  3. Grease the mold and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes to 45 minutes.
