  • Sugar (200 ml cups)1 cup

  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder or chocolate (200 ml cups)1 cup
  1. Place the eggs, oil, sugar and sliced carrots in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture from the blender to a bowl and add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat with a wooden spoon.
  3. Put the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
  4. For the Brigadeiro, place the condensed milk, cream, butter and chocolate in a pan, mix well and bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. Reserve
  5. With the cake already baked, unmold and still hot spread the brigadeiro on top, and that's it.
