  • Sugar2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Mocha milk1 can(s)
  • Nescal1 cup
  • Butter1 to taste
  1. Put the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender
  2. Take a bowl and pour the beaten dough, add the sugar to the flour and the yeast (sifted)
  3. Take a rectangular tray, grease it with butter and flour, put it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  4. While the cake is cooking, make the brigadeiro.
  5. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of butter, condensed milk and nescal.
  6. Stir over low heat until it thickens, when the cake is ready, pour the syrup, wait for it to cool and serve.
