Carrots, cut into slices3 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Eggs6 unit(s)
Wheat flour3 cup
Baking powder2 tablespoon

In the blender, place the carrots, sugar, eggs, oil and beat for 2 minutes until a single orange juice remains.
Then in a bowl add the wheat and the juice beaten in the blender on top.
Beat with the help of a wooden spoon until it becomes creamy and dense forming a connected mass.
Finally, add baking powder, stir slowly, then place in a mold to your liking, greased with margarine and wheat.
Take it to the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 160 degrees, decorate with brigadeiro cream to your taste.
