Ingredients

  • Carrots, cut into slices | 3 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Eggs | 6 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 3 cup
  • Baking powder | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In the blender, place the carrots, sugar, eggs, oil and beat for 2 minutes until a single orange juice remains.
  2. Then in a bowl add the wheat and the juice beaten in the blender on top.
  3. Beat with the help of a wooden spoon until it becomes creamy and dense forming a connected mass.
  4. Finally, add baking powder, stir slowly, then place in a mold to your liking, greased with margarine and wheat.
  5. Take it to the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 160 degrees, decorate with brigadeiro cream to your taste.
