Butter1 tablespoon
Sour cream3 tablespoon
Cocoa Powder1 tablespoon
Carrot Cake (ready)200 g
Ready made milk chocolate shell1 unit(s)

Prepare the brigadeiro by cooking condensed milk, cream, butter and cocoa until it reaches the point of making a spoonful of brigadeiro (3 min after boiling)
I used a ready-made carrot cake from a bakery and an eggshell from the supermarket, you can prepare yours by melting and tempering the chocolate and adding it to a plastic mold to freeze
Inside the shell of the Easter egg, intersperse (cake and brigadeiro) to the top, when you reach the top, finish with sprinkles and it's ready
