  • Oil1 cup
  • grated carrot2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the yeast.
  2. After beating well, mix the yeast with a spoon.
  3. Put this dough in a greased shape with oil and sprinkled with wheat flour.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Whenever you're baking a cake, poke a fork or toothpick to see if it's done. If it comes out dry, you can now turn off the oven and take out the cake.
  6. Wait for it to cool down so you can unmold it.
