- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Place the oil, egg yolks, carrots and sugar in a blender. Whisk well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Whip the egg whites and set aside. Take the mixture from the blender to a bowl, and gradually add the wheat flour, stirring with a spatula. Then add the snow whites, little by little, stirring from bottom to top, until incorporated. Add the yeast and then take it to a greased and floured shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with a chocolate syrup or brigadeiro!
