Bata todos os primeiros ingredientes no liquidificador por três minutos.

Transfira essa mistura para uma vasilha, vai peneirando a farinha de trigo e misturando delicadamente. Eu gosto de peneira a farinha, porque ajuda a ficar mais fofa a massa. Faça isso até terminar por fim coloque o fermento mexa delicadamente.

Leve pra assar em forno 180 graus pré aquecido até dourar. Ou até enfia um palito e sair limpo.

Pode comer puro com café ou colocar uma cobertura por cima.

A forma usada é 20 cm 

Blend all first ingredients in a blender for three minutes.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden. Or even stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.

You can eat it neat with coffee or put a topping on top.
