Beat the eggs, oil and chopped or grated carrots in a blender.
After forming a homogeneous mass, put the mixture in a large container and mix the sugar, stir well.
With the sugar already mixed into the dough, add the sifted flour and yeast and mix well.
Transfer to a greased and floured form (I used a 20cm/30cm form). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
Bring the sugar, chocolate and butter to a boil. Mix well until the butter is completely melted. Add the milk and mix carefully until it forms a homogeneous syrup. Cover the cake with the frosting while it is still warm and wait for it to cool before cutting the cake.
