Eggs3 unit(s)
Medium carrots2 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Milk1 cup
Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
Baking powder (Royal powder)1 tablespoon

Blend the first 5 ingredients well in a blender.
While mixing, place the flour in a bowl.
Pour the blender mixture into the flour and mix well until smooth.
Finally, add the yeast and stir gently until well blended.
Transfer to a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to the preheated fire at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes (it will depend on the power of your oven). Or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Once cold, you can cover it with a brigadeiro frosting, or powdered milk brigadeiro. It looks wonderful!
