  • Chopped Carrots3 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Corn starch1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate bar or drops for topping200 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil beat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl or mixer, add the flour, cornstarch and mix.
  4. Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spatula.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  6. Microwave the chocolate until melted. Check the consistency and mix.
  7. After melted, add the cream until you reach the point of your preference.
  8. Then just put it on top of the cake.
