- Sugar, pastry from above, not from the topping.2 cup
- Cut the carrots into cubes, in the blender add the eggs, milk, oil and carrots, beat for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl add the flour, sugar and yeast mix everything, then add the blender mixture.
- Mix until you get a smooth dough, in a greased shape with a little oil and flour.
- Place in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the margarine and the chocolate or chocolate, stir until it reaches the point of Brigadeiro. After it cools down a bit, place it on the cake.
