  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar11/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chopped chocolate100 g
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  1. Sift the flour, salt and yeast. Reserve.
  2. Peel the carrot, cut into slices and hit the blender along with the eggs, sugar and oil.
  3. Gradually mix the flour and the cream of the blender, mixing well to be homogeneous.
  4. Bake in a greased and floured oven at 180°C
  5. While the cake is baking, make a brogadeiro with the chocolate, cream, butter and condensed milk.
