Topping: condensed milk
In the blender add the eggs, carrots, sugar and the oil beat for 3 minutes
Pour this mixture into a basin, add the wheat gradually, mixing well with the help of a whisk or a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes.
For the topping: heat the margarine with the condensed milk and the chocolate, stir until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
Pour over cake and serve.
