- Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk (topping)1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Semi-sweet chocolate tablet90 g
- Blend the sliced carrots, oil, sugar and eggs in a blender. Blend for 5 minutes!
- In a container pour this mixture, add the sifted wheat flour, baking powder, and sprinkles! Mix everything and pour this dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour.
- Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
- Put all the ingredients in a pan (except the chocolate bar) take it to medium fire, stir until it boils, add the chocolate bar and turn off the fire, let it cool.
- Pour this syrup over the carrot cake and enjoy.
