  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil (half a cup)1/2 ml
  • Sugar (half a cup)1/2 mg
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate sprinkles3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk (topping)1/2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Semi-sweet chocolate tablet90 g
  1. Blend the sliced carrots, oil, sugar and eggs in a blender. Blend for 5 minutes!
  2. In a container pour this mixture, add the sifted wheat flour, baking powder, and sprinkles! Mix everything and pour this dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a pan (except the chocolate bar) take it to medium fire, stir until it boils, add the chocolate bar and turn off the fire, let it cool.
  5. Pour this syrup over the carrot cake and enjoy.
