- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Beat the carrot, the oil, the eggs and the sugar in the blender, add the wheat flour and the yeast last until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan. Preheated oven at 180° for 45 min or until golden.
- TO THE ROOF Bring the condensed milk, the chocolate and the margarine over low heat. Stir constantly until you get the consistency of a spoonful of brigadeiro. TIP TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE "FLOWER": Fill the spoon with the frosting and place it over the cake, pass the side of the spoon over the middle of this frosting and pull to the sides
