Beat the carrot, the oil, the eggs and the sugar in the blender, add the wheat flour and the yeast last until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan. Preheated oven at 180° for 45 min or until golden.

Bring the condensed milk, the chocolate and the margarine over low heat. Stir constantly until you get the consistency of a spoonful of brigadeiro.

Fill the spoon with the frosting and place it over the cake, pass the side of the spoon over the middle of this frosting and pull to the sides
