- In a blender, beat the grated carrots, eggs, sugar and oil. for 4 minutes
- Then pour this mixture into a pot, and add the wheat, mix lightly, finally add the baking powder and stir well.
- In a greased shape, put the dough and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180°, degrees until it is well baked.
- Roof Melt the chocolate in the microwave, and add the dulce de leche, stir well until a smooth and shiny coating.
- Unmold the cake and place the icing on it with the help of a spoon.
